Philip W. Cobb
With 30 years of construction and development experience, Phil was most recently responsible for directing all Duke Construction operations in Georgia and Florida including Pre-Construction Services, Project Management, Field Operations, Tenant Finish, and Duke Construction Services. While in his various roles with Duke, Phil managed the construction of more than 15 million square feet of office and industrial construction. Prior to Duke’s purchase of the Weeks Corporation, Phil was Senior Vice President of Weeks Construction, responsible for all day-to-day operations of a $350,000,000 general contractor. Phil received a Bachelor of Science degree in Industry from Georgia Southern University. He is a member of the Georgia Southern University Building Construction Advisory Board, a past member of the Board of Directors of the Associated Builders and Contractors of Georgia and the Construction Education Foundation of Georgia.
