Mal is responsible for all leasing activities with Solution Property Group. His 19 years in the commercial real estate industry have provided him with extensive experience in working with developers, leasing industrial properties and selling a broad range of buildings. Mal is ranked among the top-producing leasing and sales agents in Atlanta. Prior to forming Solution Property Group, Mal was a Vice President with Duke-Weeks Realty Corporation and NAI/Brannen Goddard. He graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Business Degree in Economics. Significant accomplishments spanning his career in real estate include:
- Completed second largest office lease in Atlanta in 2007 with Quintiles
- Mal completed sigifigant transactions with Lowes in 2008 and Home Depot in 2005
- Nine years as a Million Dollar Producer with the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors
- Top producer in the Southeastern United States with a transaction volume of $90 million in 2000
- Completed over 400 transactions and represented both owners and users in leases, sales and build-to-suit projects
