Eben Hardie, III
Eben is a veteran real estate developer and investor with 21 years of experience in leasing, development, asset management, finance and construction. He is responsible for all development and finance projects for Solution Property Group. His former work experiences have included a Senior Vice President position and head of the Atlanta Industrial Business Unit at Duke-Weeks Realty Corporation and Weeks Realty Corporation. Eben also served in senior management positions at Cauble Development Services and Kern & Co. He graduated from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Economics and a primary focus on Finance and Management of Entrepreneurship. Several of his achievements include the following:- Recently named to the Atlanta Business Chronicle's Who's Who in Commercial Real Estate List
- Managed a $675-million portfolio of business parks and industrial properties, which included 195 buildings, 650 tenants and 16 million square feet of space
- Developed 45 new buildings totaling 5.1 million square feet with a value of $240 million
- Master planned four business parks totaling 1,300 acres
